Steve’s journey into law began with a clear vision—he entered college determined to become a lawyer, driven by a passion for helping clients navigate and resolve their legal challenges. Since beginning his legal career in 1978, Steve has amassed extensive experience in commercial and construction litigation, business and real estate transactions, and real estate development. His ability to tackle complex cases and provide practical solutions has made him a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients over the years.

Throughout his career, Steve has represented a diverse clientele, including lenders, borrowers, creditors, debtors, bankruptcy trustees, contractors, developers, farmers, ranchers, manufacturers, distributors, automobile dealers, farm implement dealers, marine dealers, hotel and restaurant operators, landfill operators, insurers, and insureds. His broad expertise and personalized approach to legal representation have earned him a reputation as a skilled and reliable attorney.

Now serving as of counsel, Steve offers his wealth of knowledge on select cases while enjoying a well-earned retirement. His days are filled with fishing on Arkansas’s beautiful lakes, chasing bass and trout, and spending quality time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. An avid outdoorsman, Steve also enjoys occasional hunting trips and exploring the natural beauty of the state he calls home.
