Jessica L. Witherspoon

​Jessica's heart resides in Arkansas, where she was born and raised.  As a little girl, Jessica's dad always told her she would be a lawyer one day.  As most kids do, Jessica decided that her dad was wrong and went to school to study sports management.  Little did she know that after she took business law as an undergrad, she actually enjoyed it.  Her dad was right; she finished her undergraduate degree in sports management and went on to law school, where she excelled and was at the top of her class.

Jessica enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her husband and children. She came to the Davidson Law Firm with prior experience in tax law and estate planning. She enjoys helping others and looks forward to helping you.
